• Once your request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 5 days of delivery to:

• You can choose:
1. Self-ship: Send it through any courier of your choice (at your cost).
2. Reverse pickup: Ask us to arrange pickup via our courier partner. In this case, the applicable fee will be deducted from your refund credit.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
